Website terms of use

By using this website, you agree to use it lawfully and only for personal or legitimate business enquiries about solar and power solutions. You must not interfere with the website, attempt to bypass security controls, submit false or harmful information, or use automated methods that place an unreasonable load on the service.

Information and quotations

Website content, solar-generation estimates, subsidy illustrations and system recommendations are general planning information. They are not a final quotation, engineering design, financial promise or guarantee of savings. A site inspection and written proposal are required before installation.

External services and links

The website may link to KSEB, MNRE, PM Surya Ghar and other third-party services. Those services operate under their own terms and privacy practices. ElektroSolar does not control their availability or content.

Availability and changes

We may correct, update, suspend or discontinue website features when necessary. To the extent permitted by applicable law, ElektroSolar is not responsible for losses caused solely by temporary website unavailability, third-party service failure or reliance on preliminary estimates.

KSEB feasibility checker

Important: The checker is an informational pre-check based on capacity information attributed to KSEB. It is not an official KSEB feasibility approval, reservation of capacity, grid-connection consent or subsidy approval.

Transformer capacity can change after the information is retrieved. KSEB makes the final technical feasibility and grid-connection decision through its official application process. Confirm all material decisions through KSEB and a qualified installer.

Who handles your information

ElektroSolar is the solar-facing brand of Elektro Battery Solutions, Kochi, Kerala. For website privacy enquiries, contact hello@elektrosolar.in.

Information you provide

• Your name, mobile number, optional email address and preferred calling time.
• Project details such as electricity usage, roof area and type, number of floors, PIN code, district, electrical section, selected transformer, system preference and notes.
• Your affirmative consent to be contacted about the estimate.

The current checker does not ask you to submit your KSEB consumer number.

Information collected automatically

Google Analytics may collect device, browser, approximate location, interaction and referral information using cookies or similar technologies. Cloudflare Turnstile processes technical and security signals in production to distinguish legitimate users from abusive traffic. Standard server logs may include IP address, request time and requested URL.

Why we use information

• To produce the requested planning estimate and arrange a site survey.
• To contact you about the enquiry and recommend an appropriate system.
• To deliver the request securely, prevent spam and protect the website.
• To understand aggregate website usage and improve the service.
• To comply with applicable legal obligations and resolve disputes.

Retention and security

We retain enquiry information only for as long as reasonably necessary to respond, provide requested services, maintain appropriate business records and meet legal obligations. We use proportionate technical and organisational safeguards, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

Sharing and service providers

When you request a survey and consent to contact, relevant enquiry details may be shared with Elektro Battery Solutions personnel and one verified installer who can respond to the request. We do not sell your personal information.

We also use service providers that process limited information to operate the website:

• Resend delivers the survey request email.
• Cloudflare Turnstile verifies legitimate form submissions in production.
• Google Analytics provides website-usage analytics.
• Hosting and infrastructure providers process technical data needed to serve and secure the website.

Information may also be disclosed when required by law, to protect rights or safety, or as part of a lawful business reorganisation.

Your choices and rights

You may ask what personal information we hold about your enquiry, request correction or erasure where applicable, withdraw consent for future contact, or raise a grievance. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing already carried out lawfully and may prevent us from completing the requested service.

Analytics controls

You can restrict or clear cookies using your browser settings. Blocking analytics or security technologies may affect measurement or prevent protected forms from working correctly.
